As one of the key teaching methods in higher engineering colleges,practical teaching always has high requirements for experimental devices.In the current motion control course,the experiment device of the DC speed regulation experimental part mostly adopts an analog PI regulator,and the controller mostly uses a computer control technology with a single chip microcomputer and a DSP as the core.Combining the standards of engineering education certification requires that the teaching process can effectively train students' practical innovation ability,comprehensive design ability,and ability to solve complex functional problems.Therefore,for the automation profession,it is necessary to design and develop a comprehensive training system such as integrated DC speed control technology and single-chip microcomputer technology.In this paper,a set of computer-controlled DC speed regulation training system was developed based on the background of engineering education.The main work content has three aspects: system hardware circuit design,software program design and monitoring interface design.The hardware design firstly designs the overall system plan,selects and modifies each module according to the plan,and then designs the hardware main circuit and control circuit,and then completes the establishment of the system hardware platform.The software design mainly combines the hardware platform to realize the function of the closed loop control of the motor speed.Therefore,the software design mainly completes the generation and processing of the drive signal,the collection and feedback of the speed signal,and the design of the speed PID regulator.Finally,in order to reflect the running process of the motor in real time and make the result intuitive and adjustable,the system's host computer monitoring interface was also designed to display and adjust the basic parameters in the experiment.The system can realize computer-controlled DC motor open-loop,closed-loop and other related experiments,and can be used for students to verify and comprehensive design of computer-controlled DC motor-related experiments.The experimental test shows that the system is safe,reliable,comprehensive,and open.It meets the requirements of the experimental equipment for practical teaching of automation.
