The highest level of fireworks performances not only has the better products, a set of advanced technology and equipment is also at its core. In connection with the characteristics as unpredictability, high-risk, high-accuracy, high-reliability and long-range of fireworks, the latest requirement of discharge technology is to use the graphical visualization layout software to realize the monitoring of discharge nodes, which is a kind of timely whole monitoring system, accurate to every ignition, every communication equipment and every ignition device. Using computer as a host computer, this design adopts RS-232 serial port with the single-chip communications. And through the use of CAN bus communication technology and discharge equipment, it is able to realize the access, control and fast delivery of the information about the firework discharge. Therefore, relating to the advancing front in this field, this design is extremely important in the safety and artistic effect of firework discharge, and it has significant research value and practical application value.In the developmental projects of "computer-controlled musical fireworks discharge system", the design is mainly from the following aspects:First of all, a more in-depth study of the characteristics of fireworks discharge is launched, and a thorough analysis and discussion on its control systems, communication equipment, ignition equipment, as well as its power supply is carried out.Secondly, for the RS-232 interface and CAN bus circuits relating to this paper, the design uses the 89S52 single-machine as its control system, and accomplishes the design of the host discharge control computer and CAN extension. The communication between PC and the host discharge control computer is carried out through the use of MAX 232 chips. The remote, multi-point communication between the host discharge control computer and CAN extension is achieved by using the Micro-controller 89S52, CAN communications controller SJA1000, CAN bus and TJA1040 drive optocoupler 6N137.Thirdly, in order to save single-chip hardware resources as much as possible, the design uses a serial interface LED Driver MAX7219 and serial interface SP/2Finally, the software and hardware are debugged on the whole, and a remote debugging of the CAN bus circuits is put into practice.After transforming this design into products and putting it into the market, good social and economic benefits are achieved.
