As we all know,Germany's Industry 4.0 Strategy and Chinese Manufacturing Industry 2025 Planning have the same connotation and essence.There are the two core contents,and the one is intelligent manufacturing and the other is personalized manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing is also a new generation of intelligent manufacturing,and its characteristics are the integration of digitalization,networking and intelligence based on the Cyber Physical System(CPS).In order to meet the requirements of CPS and realize the new generation of intelligent manufacturing,control instruments must also be upgraded to new kinds of digital,networked and intelligent instruments.The LON intelligent transducer studied in this paper is based on the above background,and it is designed and implemented to meet the new generation of intelligent manufacturing system.LON intelligent transducer digitization means that the three kinds of analog signals from the sensor are converted to digital signal output.One is that the weak signal outputted from the sensor is amplified to a standard 0-5V analog signal and then digitized.The second is a standard 4-20 mA current signal and a 0-5V voltage signal outputted from the sensor,which are converted into a digital signal.The third is the digital output of the pulse signal outputted from the sensor.The networking of LON intelligent transducer has the following meanings.At present,the networked connection of control instruments is mainly based on the three kinds of communication.The LON intelligent transducer in this paper uses the LonWorks field bus.The LonWorks bus has the following advantages.(1).It uses all seven layers of ISO/OSI protocol which is encapsulated in the Neuron chip,and without the developer's own programming.(2).The network has 248 domains,and each domain has 32385 nodes.The node is a control instrument with a unique internal identifier of Neuron chip.Each node transmits data through the network variables without the development of a communication module,and the direct transmission distance is up to 2200 meters.(3).Because each node is embedded with Neuron chip,the whole network can simulate the mechanism of human communication.The communication mechanism of human body and the mechanism of control and coordination are applied to the networked control system of LonWorks bus.We call it a human body simulated distributed intelligent control system.It can reflect the characteristics of the new generation of intelligent manufacturing system and meet the requirements of the new generation of intelligent manufacturing technology.Because the new generation of intelligent manufacturing further highlights the central position of people,it is a comprehensive and integrated system for coordinating and coordinating people,information systems and physical systems.Therefore,we have chosen the Lon Works bus to develop the intelligent transducer.The intellectualization of LON intelligent transducer has the following meanings.(1).Because the different weak signals from sensors need different magnification to be transformed into 0-5V standard signals,we have designed selectable magnification circuit and human-machine interaction software module.(2).Several different digital filtering algorithms are designed for the user to select the digital filtering algorithm according to the change of the measured physical quantity.(3).The digital zero function of the hardware and software is designed.(4).The fault diagnosis and processing function of the sensor is embedded,which is the core technology in the transducer.(5).The LON intelligent transducer is combined with the LON Human-thinking Simulated Controller and LON intelligent actuator,and they can form a human body simulated distributed intelligent control system which ensures the safety,reliability,efficiency and accuracy of the production process.The paper focuses on the hardware design,software design and experimental research of the LON intelligent transducer.The second chapter introduces the hardware design,and its characteristics are based on the Neuron 3150 chip.The acquisition of seven standard analog signals,the acquisition of two channel pulse signals,the processing of seven weak analog signals,and the design of hardware zeroing circuit and touch-screen interface are realized.The third chapter introduces the digital filter,digital zero,signal sampling and software algorithm.The fourth chapter introduces the sensor fault diagnosis and treatment algorithm,which includes a single sensor fault diagnosis and treatment by using GM algorithm and multi sensor fault diagnosis and treatment by using the AANN.The fifth chapter is the experimental research,and the feasibility of the design of hardware and software is tested.The characteristic is the application of DDE technology.LON intelligent transducer is unique about the hardware design,the software design,the algorithm design,the sensor fault diagnosis and the processing function design.Compared with other transducers,it has the following features.(1).Using LonWorks bus.(2).Handling standard and non standard analog signal,weak analog signals and pulse signals.(3).Embedded in the improved sensor fault diagnosis and treatment method.(4)the application of DDE in the real-time data processing.(5).Cooperating with the LON human-thinking simulated controller and LON intelligent actuator.At present,the control instruments based on LonWorks bus are very few in the domestic market.Now the sensors and transducers on the market are basically digitalized and networked,but lack of intelligence.The LON intelligent transducer developed by us has not been reported.The design and research of LON intelligent transducer has achieved good results,and related technologies have been applied for patent.Now,further research is being carried out to make it reach the level of product.
