With the development of the computer technology and the relative application of network, the repair and maintenance of the equipment has became an important necessary work. Under the battlefield environment, the work of repair and maintenance of computer will especially effect the result of informational war. Therefore, the application and the technology discussed and studied in this paper will generate important effect on the maintenance on the battlefield. This paper was designed at the background of the application demand.In this paper, we explored the advantage of the ARM processor in designing the miniaturization equipment with strong immunity level and well commonality in the field of embedded equipment, the author analysesed the requirement of the apparatus of intelligent diagnosing computer, designed and implemented the hardware platform of the system. The term used Mobile5, the way of bootloader and OAL layer structure development method, to realize the capability of the touch screen interaction, the embedded software intelligent-diagnosing computer and the assistant software. With the help of these technologies, the article illuminated the way of the platform for computers repairing and maintain under the battlefield environment.In this article, we first want to solve the problems involving the sequence circuit, control circuit and state auxiliary circuit in the construction and running logic, which are based on a series of high speed, low immunity and high stability characters. The other point of this paper is to design the software system to realize the control between the software and the hardware.
