Research Of The Architecture Of Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Expert System

With the rapid development of the modern industry and science technology, the industry devices become more and more complicated, the functions become more and more perfect, the automatic degree become more and more high. Security , reliability and energy-saving are the main problem that should must be settled firstly. Therefore, it has very important significance to study the problem of the devices intelligent fault diagnosis.The origin and the present research of intelligent fault diagnosis expert system (FDES) are summarized in this thesis, an commonly structure of intelligent FDES is studied. The thesis also have dissertated the acquisition of diagnosis knowledge, the representation of diagnosis knowledge, and the mechanism of diagnosis inference in detail. Then, an commonly structure of integration FDES are expound.Based on the analysis of the key technologies of the systems, the general structure of the intelligent FDES is put forward. The functions of the system are explained. Some strategies made of these systems are clearly discussed. The system realizes a distributed knowledge data-base using multi-blackboard.Finally, the development environment and tools needed by the FDES are introduced and realized.
