With the growing social and economic development in China, customer data has become the core of commercial bank competition. At present, domestic commercial banks do not provide customers with clearly targeted products and services. The recognition ability and marketing strategy of individual quality customers are too simple. The root cause is the lack of effective strategies for assessing the value of individual customers and the lack of standardized methods for detailed analysis of customer data.Based on the data analysis method, this paper studies the system plan of bank customer management. This article based on data analysis to improve the data quality of customer data, and to achieve a complete storage and integration of the original scattered data,so that banks can obtain comprehensive customer data, and then data product design. The perfect CRM(customer relationship management)process and functions have been designed. In particular, after the paper added the traditional CRM analysis function, the ACRM(analytical customer relationship management)system was formed.Combining typical practical applications, statistical analysis of system performance indicators, function indicators, and usage frequency indicators has been completed and verification of system functions has been completed. This system is intended to provide reference for banks to implement customer segmentation management. The main purpose of this paper is to sort out the various system data of the banking industry, and to provide a complete set of design with practical reference value for the current state of customer relationship management in the banking industry from the perspective of a targeted marketing perspective in the data age.
