The Design And Realization Of The Office Automation Attendance System Base On The Local Area Network

With the progress and development of computer technology, computer applicationsoftware is widely used to study and work in people’s lives. In this era of informationtechnology, the traditional office can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development. Inthe attendance area, the traditional attendance pattern has been eliminated, replaced byattendance management system. At present,Domestic attendance and attendance managementsoftware have a number of shelf products, and Practice has proved that attendance hardwareproducts has basically met the attendance requirements of each unit, but the software productis even differ greatly from with the requirements of the enterprise.There are several problem such as with poor adaptability and cann’t do the sharing ofresources and cann’t realize OA attendance.This paper base on the The Guangzhou factory of equipment repair to design a set of OAattendance system based on enterprise wireless LAN system to meet the factory system, andfor all staff to do OA attendance (attendance office automation).This paper choose the fingerprint attendance as collection devices and makes a describedin detail of the fingerprint identification technology and makes a design of thewireless network to achieve the interconnection of wireless attendance system. This paperestablished goals and proposed B/S three-tier system of data processing structure for theimplementation and to realize Workflow services, and maintenance of all kinds ofinformation and rights management as a starting point, effectively to inergrate the attendancesystem and business system. Based on the ASP. NET and database technology, this paperUse C#as a front in Web design and development tools, Use SQL Server2000as a back-enddatabase to build an attendance management system of the plant. The system is relied onwireless local area network, the site was erected on the Windows2000operating system.
