The background of the "Internet plus",the development of mobile Internet is growing,resulting in fierce competition between banks,mobile phone banking is a product of electronic banking services,mobile phone banking has become a new field of competition between banks.How to seize the market in the market competition of the Internet era? This issue has become a hot topic of discussion among banks.In the "2017 China electronic bank survey report",the use rate of mobile banking business in mobile phone users has reached 51.0%.This rapid growth trend has exceeded the speed of card issuing of many banks.For the customers,it adapts to their fragmented time demand,and avoids the plaguing of the queue.At the same time,it can use the mobile bank to handle business and improve the customer's experience anytime and anywhere.For the bank,the bank's management strategy,the saving of operation cost and the improvement of the quality of service can reduce the bank in the invisible.The pressure of the outlets has expanded the banking service channels and expanded the brand influence.Therefore,how to promote the promotion of the mobile banking products,improve the use rate of customers and enhance the attraction of their own brand to customers is the core issue of the attention of all banks.On the basis of collecting and sorting the related literature of mobile banking information service at home and abroad,this research takes information service as the breakthrough point,taking the mobile bank users of Jing Xing rural commercial bank as the research object,combining the theoretical basis of information service demand,user experience,customer satisfaction theory and so on,through the theory and practice.The way of cooperation is to study the promotion of mobile banking information service in Jing Xing rural commercial banks.On the basis of theoretical guidance,this paper analyzes the related factors of the mobile bank information service of Jing Xing rural commercial banks through literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis.The design of the questionnaire is based on the information acquisition characteristics of this special group in rural areas,and combines the mobile bank letter of the rural commercial Bank of Jing Xing.The practice of obtaining interest in the interest of the Rural Commercial Bank of Jing Xing is related to the topic of the satisfaction of the mobile bank of the rural commercial bank.In the process of design,the understanding ability of the rural people to the questionnaire is fully taken into account,and the question of the questionnaire is relatively simple to deal with,and it does not involve too much professional language,so that it can fill out the questionnaire easily.Yes.Prior to the formal issuance of the questionnaire,the author conducted a preliminary investigation,proving that the next formal investigation can be carried out.A total of 580 questionnaires were issued,with a valid questionnaire of 563,with an effective rate of 97.0%.According to the investigation,what are the reasons for the information service of the mobile bank,and the relevant measures are put forward so as to provide the necessary data support for the improvement of the current situation.First of all,the descriptive analysis of the data is carried out,and SPSS 24 is used to analyze the validity of the data and the reliability analysis.The related problems and reasons of the mobile bank are obtained by the analysis of the data.And through the objective analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of the mobile bank,the feasibility of how to enhance the quality of the information service of the mobile bank of Jing Xing agricultural merchants is proposed.In order to improve the competitiveness of the mobile bank of Jing Xing agricultural and commercial banks,improve the competitiveness of the mobile bank of the agricultural and commercial banks,improve the usability of the mobile bank and meet the diversified information of the users,that is,by improving the function of the mobile banking,accelerating the technological change,improving the security level and strengthening the propaganda of the mobile bank.Service needs,enhance user experience and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of mobile banking.
