| The research objects of this article are the two representative cultural TV programs,Readers and Letters Alive,with a rise in 2017.And the research focuses on the communication value.With proposing the strategy of rejuvenating China through culture,China policy guarantees for cultural TV programs have never been stopped.This shows that while these programs stick to Chinese culture position,they spread Chinese value and activate the Chinese people's cultural self-confidence.These television culture arts allow audiences to experience the great charm of literature through time and space.As a result,Readers and Letter Alive have led to more audiences focusing on reading,letters,books,and fading cultural memory in the context of leading the cultural development boom.The present domestic cultural programs are different from the lively entertainment reality shows,while they have their own the unique communication value scale and are popular because of their new program forms.In this paper,the author discusses the communication value of the two emerging cultural programs Readers and Letters Alive as an example in 2017.The article is divided into five chapters.The introduction elaborates the main research focus of the communication value of cultural programs,namely: the cultural programs meet the needs that audiences' extremely cherish in the dissemination process and have a positive impact on the audiences.This also reflects the objective reasons for the existence of cultural programs.The first chapter of this article explores the concept of cultural television programs based on the interpretation of the term "culture" and the perspective of program taxonomy.Secondly,it analyzes and discusses the four characteristics of two programs.The second chapter discusses the communication function and significance of cultural TV programs on the country,media and audience from the point of studying the communication value.The third chapter,based on the communication theory,analyzes in depth the communication characteristics of the two programs of Readers and Letters Alive from three different perspectives: communication subject,communication channel and communication object;Thefourth chapter,from the three perspectives of program function,theme content,and media performance,mainly discusses the communication value of social education,cultural communication and artistic aesthetics of two programs;The fifth chapter of this paper is the last chapter,based on the analyses and summaries of the previous chapters,to explore the strategies for promoting the communication value of cultural TV programs.From the problems existing in the current two programs and the problems that may be faced,four development proposals are proposed for the promotion of the communication value of cultural television programs,with a view to making a little contribution to the sustainable development of cultural television programs in China. |
