Structural Analysis Of The Call Of The Letter Reading Program Such As "Letters Alive"

With the gradual enhancement of China's economic strength,building a powerful socialist cultural country and strengthening the national cultural soft power have become one of the tasks of our country today.‘Letters Alive' is a new media cultural program,relying on the new online media platform,it adopts the way stars read letters to launch the program content.While watching this program,the audience can understand the story context through the background introduction by experts and scholars,can stand in the narrators' shoes with the letters recited by readers so that the audience can contemplate and resonate with the letters.In this paper,I use the appeal structure theory proposed by Wolfgang Iser to study the appeal structure and the readers' recreation of the text in the reading letter program ‘Letters Alive'.At the same time,this paper analyzes the form of generation of the calling structure and the call space formed in this program,in order to provide reference for the study of the reading letter programs.This thesis uses individual cases analysis and text analysis to conduct research.The whole text is divided into five chapters,the first chapter focuses on the purpose,significance and status of this study.Chapter two studies the operation of the elements of the Appeal Structure from the perspectives of readers,context and this article respectively.The readers' view is the main body of the Calling Structure,which forms the rudiment of the Calling Structure in the form of bilateral construction in the program,while the context view and the text view are the influential factors of the formation of the Calling Structure.The three complement each other and are indispensable.The chapter three interprets the Calling Space formed in the program,and analyzes the Calling Space of ‘Letters Alive'via the systems of works revealed by the program,the shifting changes of characters' three perspectives and implicit blank in the program's procedure.The fourth chapter is the interpretation of the calling effect of the program.embodiment and deficiency of the summoning of the program.Appeal Structure is an important part of Western reception aesthetics,and also the cornerstone of reader centered theory.This paper expects that through the interpretation of the Calling Structure in ‘Letters Alive',this paper can expand and deepen the research on the Calling Structure of new media cultural programs on the theoretical level.Appeal Structure,which links readers and this text,is the key to make sense and also the foundation for readers to recreate.The most obvious characteristics of the formation of the summoning effect is that the readers are not simply called and thought,but a re-creation of the text.The text recreation in the program ‘Letters Alive' is divided into two layers,the first layer is the text recreation of the reader,the second layer is the text recreation of the program audience.The last chapter is the embodiment and shortcomings of the summoning in the program.This paper argues that improving some of the summoning means will get better summoning effect.The logic of the text is the construction element of the summoning structure-the interpretation of the summoning space-the exploration of the summoning effect-the embodiment and deficiency of the summoning of the program.Appeal Structure is an important part of Western reception aesthetics,and also the cornerstone of reader centered theory.This paper expects that through the interpretation of the Calling Structure in ‘Letters Alive',this paper can expand and deepen the research on the Calling Structure of new media cultural programs on the theoretical level.Appeal Structure,which links readers and this text,is the key to make sense and also the foundation for readers to recreate.
