Research On The Fruit Safety Traceability System Based On RFID

Our country is a big country of production and consumption of fruit products,in recent years,"poisonous" fruit incident caused the sharp decline in consumer confidence in China's fruit products.Solving fruit safety problems,so that people can eat healthy fruit has become a pressing issue.In order to solve the information asymmetry caused by the fruit quality and safety issues,this paper constructs a scientific fruits safety traceability system,so that businesses,consumers,government regulators can effectively track and trace all aspects of information from cultivation to consumption.In the perspective of traceability chain,in order to meet the needs of enterprises,consumers and government regulators,this paper studies the fruit picking,processing,warehousing,transportation,sales each link trace information,so as to realize the effective traceability fruit safety information.In tracking,traceability,recall for the purpose of the study,the study puts forward fruit safety traceability system based on RFID technology.Content of this paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the first two chapters,mainly introduces the research background of this article and traceability system research status at home and abroad,at the same time,this part also introduces the RFID technology-related theory and the concept of traceability system.The second part is the core of this article,including chapter three,four and five.The second part of the research carried out by "sampling what-how-system design".Through the analysis of fruit traceability chain each link security factors and processes,from the trace width,precision and depth of three dimensions,combining with the system cost factors,this paper constructs the key traceability index system of traceability system,so we can solve the problem of "sampling what" in batches of the traceability unit.Then,using RFID-related technology,unifying coding standard,describing in detail various aspects of the information gathering process,all aspects of information can recognize each other and there are no breakpoints.So that every link of information can be effectively traced and the process can be wholly supervised.This is to ensure the security market of fruit products;meanwhile,we can also solve the problem of "how to sample".Finally,this part analyzes the needs of the three participants,and constructs fruit safety traceability system of RFID-based.The third part is the last chapter.It summarizes the whole research,points out the shortcomings and limitations of this study and puts forward for the perfection of fruit safety traceability system.
