With the continuous development of the satellite-ground laser communication technology,the laser communications large-caliber ground station,which is the ground terminal of the satellite-ground laser communication,has become a research hotspot.In order to realize stable satellite-ground laser communication,it is necessary to study the large-caliber ground station servo control system for laser communication with high control accuracy.This paper takes the large-caliber ground station of laser communication as the research object,studies its structural form and working principle,and formulates the design scheme of the three-closed-loop control system.Aiming at the requirement of high precision,multi-channel and high real-time performance of the control system,a controller hardware architecture with "DSP+FPGA" as the core,which integrates the communication interface and the information collection interface is proposed.The control system program is designed based on the controller,and the host computer interface of the control system is designed based on LabVIEW software.Aiming at the characteristics of high working voltage and large power of the motor,a scheme of designing a power driver based on the intelligent power module is proposed.And the safety protection circuit of bridge interlock and fault protection is studied.The mathematical model of the control system was established and the simulation analysis of the three closed-loop control system was performed.The influence of the current loop on the control accuracy of the system was analyzed.In view of the influence of the friction on the control precision in the low speed tracking state of the large-caliber ground,a fuzzy PID control algorithm was studied in combination with conventional PID control and fuzzy control.Then,designed a fuzzy PID controller and the control performance of fuzzy PID control system in low speed tracking state is simulated and analyzed.Finally,the system control performance test is carried out.It is verified that the control performance of the system meets the technical requirements.
