In the field of industrial production and control,data monitoring system has gone through the data monitoring method from “instrument + manual recording” to the automatic measurement controled by a computer and then has developed into a technical form of a distributed data monitoring system.However,due to a wide range of applications,the existing data monitoring software has exposed many serious problems such as poor versatility,low reuse rate,long development cycle,and difficult system testing.Meanwhile,because different data monitoring systems have many identical or similar functions,there is a large amount of repetitive work in system development,resulting in high system costs,longer development cycles,and uncontrollable software quality.The cross-platform capabilities is particularly lacking.Therefore,developing a platformed system with cross-platform capabilities and realizing a low-cost and rapid development of personalized data monitoring application software technology are a solution to the above-mentioned problems.Using this platform for specific data monitoring application scenarios,the target system can be quickly set up with the configuration method,and development and deployment can be completed.The paper firstly review the development process and present situation of domestic and foreign data monitoring platforms,focusing on the key technologies such as configuration technology and real-time database system.Analysis and summarization of the current data monitoring platform system show that for specific areas of research,there is no versatility,incapable of direct application to other fields,and nor does it have cross-platform capabilities,resulting in a great waste of software resources.For the problems of platform limitation and lack of generality,this paper designs and realizes a data monitoring platform system which supports real-time multitasks,and has the characteristics like encapsulation,open interface and cross-platform application by resorting to using the key technologies of QT technology,configuration technology,component technology,data compression and TCP/IP.The main innovations of the dissertation are listed as follow:(1)It Designs the UI development module based on graphics library.The correlation between monitoring variables and interface entities is realized by QT signal/slot mechanism,and the storage and parsing of interface data are realized with XML and DOM technology.(2)The paper presents an improved SDT algorithm which can adaptively adjust the compression offset to ensure the correctness of the reconstructed data within a certain error range,it solves the problem that the data compression and decompression performance are poor due to the unreasonable setting of the compression offset in the traditional SDT algorithm.
