With quick development in the industry automation fields in China such as power, petroleum and coal, the industry automation has achieved brilliant achievements in China. With decrease of non-renewable resources in the world, energy saving is critical. Energy saving depends on technology innovation and scientific management, but real-time data in industrial production are required in two methods. The real-time data in the industrial production feature high magnitude and quick access. As one professional database system, the industrial real-time database system can collect and store the real-time industrial data sources in real time and has been extensively applied in the information system.For the real-time data in the industrial production, the traditional relational database ignores different real-time requirements in database scheduling and handling decision, so it is not suitable for time-critical application fields. Now the researchers at home and abroad store and display real-time data in industrial production by using memory-based real-time database and configuration software. Now colleges and research organizations at abroad are developing corresponding real-time database for teaching research and scientific research. Now research in this field lags in China, so this paper studies design and implementation of the real-time database system based on the configuration software in power system.This paper studies design and implementation of the real-time database based on the configuration software by analyzing features of industrial real-time data and user requirements for data as well as features of rbal-time databases at abroad. The main research contents are described as follows:1) Design structure of real-time database system based on configuration software and real-time database based on configuration software, including design of real-time database, configuration software, synchronization and backup tools.2) Study real-time data compression algorithm of real-time database based on the configuration software and proposed improved data compression algorithm based on the revolving door data compression algorithm. 3) Study historical data indexing algorithm of real-time database based on configuration software and propose improved B+data indexing algorithm based on B+data indexing algorithm.4) Study data collection interface of real-time database based on the configuration software. The complicated industrial data collection bus should be designed for flexible data collection and can collect real-time industrial data.Finally this paper proposes an application case of the real-time database based on the configuration software at a power plant, which proves that our designed real-time database based on the configuration software can reach our design targets and features technology advance, stability and practicability. |
