With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the effective treatment of domestic garbage that has rapidly increased production has become an urgent problem to be solved.Garbage is a kind of resource that is misplaced.Improving the level of source classification of garbage is the key to further promoting the harmless treatment and resource utilization of garbage resources.To deal with the current problems such as low overall operating efficiency of garbage resources recycling companies,low participation level in the source classification of renewable resources of residents,and improper garbage disposal fee,the following work has been completed in this paper:1.Through practical investigations,current status and existing problems of garbage resources recycling industry are analyzed.To deal with these problems,this paper proposes an industry model of establishing a provincial-level resource recycling organization to promote the centralized,large-scale,and professional development of the garbage resources recycling industry.By proposing a creative individual reward mechanisms based on information technology to improve the level of garbage source classification.2.Actively explore the informatization technology of garbage recycling business.Based on the business needs of provincial resource recycling agencies proposed in this paper,a renewable resources management information system with MVC framework based on OSGI.NET is developed.According to the structured design of the system,the development of key functional modules including management of recycling resources,management of employees,management of recycling processes,and management of information releasing are completed3.Research and explore key technologies for the automation of garbage sorting and recycling.On the basis of extensive study of the existing robot arm sorting system,a robot arm control system applied to garbage sorting is designed,a controller hardware system based on "master-slave control" mode is designed,through the transplantation of ?C/OS-III embedded operating system,the controller's underlying hardware and software systems is developed and the main function testing program is designed.4.According to the test results of the prototype system constructed in this paper,the prospects for further development of information and automation technologies in garbage recycling industry are summarized and prospected,and the issues worthy of further research and exploration are put forward.
