With the vigorous promotion of the national environmental protection policy,"Internet+resource recycling" has become the most popular environmental protection service industry,and its service models are endless and diverse.However,domestic recycling of renewable resources is still in the exploratory stage.A large number of Internet renewable resource recycling platforms blindly copy other products and service models.There is serious product homogeneity,low resident participation,incomplete offline experience processes,and lack of concerns about user experience and many other drawbacks.Therefore,based on the service design theory,this paper analyzes the design and application of the O2O recycling service system in urban communities.By improving the renewable resource recycling service system to achieve the purpose of optimizing the use efficiency and service experience,the urban residents' recycling resource recycling service experience is improved.The research object of this article is O2O recycling service for urban residents.First of all,it combed the related concepts of service design and renewable resource recovery to guide the subsequent design practice.Secondly,using the concepts and methods of service design,analyze the stakeholders in the existing renewable resource recycling service system,and determine the survey objects as community residents and recycling personnel.After,through questionnaire surveys,user interviews,field observations and other methods to investigate and analyze the service status of the recycling system,and then summarize the pain points of experience and the design opportunity points that exist in the recycling service system according to the service experience map and service blueprint.Finally,the idea of system optimization was put forward based on the concept and method of service design,and the service contact point was analyzed and conceived,the goal of optimization design was clarified,and the corresponding design principles were proposed for the improvement of the renewable resource recovery service system.Finally,taking the service system of the"Little Yellow Dog" recycling platform as an example,and trying to design the optimization practice of key contact points,which including the design of hardware facility and software interface.By applying the service design method to the renewable resource recovery service system,the practical application value of the service design concept is further deepened,and the integration and development of the service design theory and the environmental protection industry are promoted.At the same time,it also provides a reference value for the O2O recycling service industry of renewable resources,which has certain social and industrial practical significance.This dissertation has 62 Figures,29 tables and 89 references.
