At present,China's municipal waste output is increasing year by year,and the difficulty of garbage collection and classification management is increasing,which makes garbage management become an urgent problem to be solved in the process of urban development.The Internet of Things(IoT)has brought about the second great transformation of social life pattern.Its emergence has greatly promoted scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading,and it plays an extremely key role in people's life quality and social and economic growth.With the development of the Internet of Things technology,it is possible to realize the information management of municipal waste through the application of the Internet of Things technology,which is the key to eliminate the serious problem of "garbage siege" in China.The operation effect of the garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology is not only related to the management and operation of the platform itself,but also related to the use of the residents.Only when the residents have continuous willingness to use the garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology,can the operation effect of the garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology be continuously promoted and improved.And residents' willingness to continue to use is affected by many factors.This paper attempts to take residents' willingness to continue to use as a mediating variable,and focuses on analyzing the specific impact of individual residents,community,platform and other factors on the operation effect of garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology.To be specific,based on the technology acceptance model,expectation confirmation model,social cognition theory and social influence theory,this paper introduces the mediating variable of willingness to continue to use,establishes the influencing factor model of garbage collection platform operation under the Internet of Things technology,and makes an empirical analysis based on 103 questionnaire data.The results showed that:(1)Residents had higher awareness of environmental protection and recycling value,better community publicity,but less neighborhood influence,higher perception of usefulness and ease of use of garbage collection platform,but poor interactive experience function.At the same time,residents have a high willingness to continue to use the garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology,and the operation effect of the garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology is better as a whole.(2)Environmental protection perception,recycling value perception,community publicity,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and interactive experience can all have a positive effect on the operation of garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology by influencing residents' willingness to continue using.However,none of the subjective normative variables can have an effect on the operation of the garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology by affecting residents' willingness to continue using.Finally,relevant suggestions and measures are put forward from the individual level of residents,community level and platform level to enhance residents' willingness to continue to use and improve the operation effect of garbage collection platform under the Internet of Things technology.
