Along with the more and more increasing of demand of control application software reuse and integration for distributed control system, and the system is also becoming more and more complicated. It'll need the support of some new technology and tools. Component-based software development technology is becoming one of the hot research issues nowadays in computer control application software reuse practice. It is considered a key technology to meet this development direction of the open architecture and high reusability required by the control system.Distributed computer control system is generally realized by the distributed control of network connection. The complex system is decomposed into subsystem that interconnecte and easily realize precise controlling. The complex system is falled into multi-stage from level and its structure is composed by different control levels. It has high of components characteristics.General software tools are not suitable for establishing distributed computer control real-time applications, usually such tools assume that all messages sends and receives continuously in a certain order. It ignore the nature of the dynamic behavior of the real-time applications, such as simultaneity, the uncertainty of event. Some development tools of real-time system is very expensive and based on specific component model and aimed to specific real-time applications.Based on the development status, this paper aims at developing a graphical software design tool faced component. The tool is based on a real-time component model. It can assist the framework designe of distributed control system software, reduce the developers'work and enhance the efficiency of software development. It also can improve the quality performance and functional of real-time application software. The tool has theoretical significance and practical application value.
