In recent years,the development of Chinese medical and health undertakings has made tremendous contributions to the national economy and social development.As one of the important measures to support the development of medical and health services,the construction of health informatization has been elevated to a new level.At present,most domestic medical and health institutions have established information systems,but data between different types of operating systems,application software,and system software cannot be shared with each other,which caused great waste of medical resources and increased the cost of patient treatment.In response to the situation,the paper mainly did the following work: firstly,it analyzed the problems and situations faced in the current development of medical and health informatization,and secondly,proposed a regional health information platform based on residents electronic health records according to the service-oriented design idea and the overall architecture,then the business part of the needs analysis,using case design and database design,and file management,user registration,index management to achieve the modules for the system,and finally,each function modules take the function and performance testing.The system provides service interfaces for different applications through SOA architecture,uses WebService technology,determines unified standards,integrates medical data,and enables different medical and health organizations in the region to access health files to each other,exchange and share information resources for patients,and improves medical care.The efficiency of resource use contributes to the promotion of health informatization and contributes to the improvement of medical reform.
