In today’s society, culture and economy, political integration deepening.Based on culture of Quanzhou, after conducting a detailed requirements analysis and system design upon its current situation of cultural resources, the system uses.NET as the framework, c# as adevelopment tool, based on the B/S architecture, namely the browser / server mode, and connected with the Oracle back-enddatabase, enabling network platform construction of the Minnan cultural creative industries.The main modules of the system include: information dissemination module,display module and a moderator module, these three modules combine so that meets the functional requirements of the system design.This paper describes system requirements analysis, development environment,the overall and detailed techniques and methods in the design and implementation of a system.
