This system has realized the real-time sharing of multifarious seismic information. And it has friendly interface and strong practicability. The paper describes the analysis of Quanzhou earthquake information management system demand in details. Firstly, it points out the three main businesses should be completed in recent seismic information process, which are the earthquake precursory seismic data management, earthquake data management, earthquake prediction and analysis of information management. On the foundation of the business process analysis, the system has reengineered the business process and got the functional requirement the system needs. Secondly, the paper makes the functional analysis on the basis of demand analysis. Using case analysis and case description, the paper indicates the system’s functions as well as the main modules. And they are system management module, station data management module, precursory data management module, seismic data management module, analysis and prediction management module.
