Research And Analysis Of Scientific Research Assessment System In Quanzhou Teachers College

Advancement of technology brought by the information age has been plunging major universities, domestic and foreign into the informationalized form of educational and research activities. Currently, the Research Assessment in universities is an important means to evaluate teachers for two reasons:one, it measures the research results of teachers; two, it also supervises teachers’ research activities. Thus, at home and abroad in recent years, there has been a surge of studies on how to establish a Scientific Research Evaluation System that best suits the actual school situation and effectively forms a scientific assessment.After a detailed analysis on the Scientific Research Situation assessment management, the thesis introduces the research background and its significance. In business analysis, by analyzing problems in the existing systems as well as existing business processes, combining Research Department with the major departments, the thesis presents a modified business process, and focuses on the scientific research institution management, personnel management, the management of research result, research project, project application, the evaluation process and scientific assessment management processes. The thesis uses case analysis and case description method, and set up system functions through functional analysis, which includes a set of scientific research personnel, the setting-up of departments and affiliated research institutions, researchers re-check, project approval, project evaluation, assessment batch maintenance, and finally gives the function package diagram. In the subsequent data analysis, the paper gives out the data that the system needs to process and analyzes them, then establishes of the entity-relationship diagram and its tables. Finally, the thesis summarizes and analyzes all the work being done in the project, and looks beyond the present shortcomings.
