Research On Management Pattern Of Local Party-Newspaper Industry And Media Convergence

Within the Internet information era,the communication status of traditional media,especially the local party-newspapers in our country has gradually declined,which has seriously affected the effectiveness of government propaganda and public opinion management.Promoting the integration and development of traditional media and emerging media is a major means by which the party committees and governments at all localities and departments handle the declining influence of the public opinion of the party-newspaper.Through the in-depth study of the party-newspaper media convergence in Dalian,this paper puts forward a relatively scientific design plan for the optimization of its management model.In this paper,data analysis and data collection are mainly conducted by means of data mining and interview investigation.It concludes that the current situation and trend of the party-newspaper media convergence in Dalian mainly exist in five aspects,and from user attention,keywords and other aspects were deeply analyzed to understand the management operation of Dalian Party-Newspaper media.Besides,based on the theory of public management and the experience of typical countries and regions,combined with the current situations of party newspaper media convergence in Dalian,this paper designs three major reform programs of management mode and applies PEST analysis to evaluate the feasibility of the programs.According to the research results,this paper puts forward the guarantee mechanisms for the management mode reform of the party-newspaper media convergence from four aspects.First,to adhere to the principle that the party manage the media cannot be shaken.Second,to introduce and train the professional team,among which "standard" all-media journalists are relatively low cost and feasible personnel protection mechanism.Third,to explore long-term management mechanism to enhance the influence of public opinion.Fourth,to build a comprehensive social support environment,including the construction of party committees and governments,social sectors,opinion leaders and other surroundings that support the development of the party newspaper media convergence.
