Design And Implementation Of Letters And Calls Transaction Management System For Shanghai City Government

This thesis to discuss the development work on the letters and calls transaction management system for Shanghai city government.This software development goal is to adapt to changing situation in letters and calls and the related work specification,raising the efficiency and accuracy in the work of letters and calls information management.This thesis discusses the main problems to be solved in letters and calls transaction processing with the advanced methods and sophisticated techniques in software engineering,establishes the major functional requirements.In requirements analysis it establishes main functions of the system including basic information management,letters and calls information registration handling,letters and calls transaction handling and monitoring handling.For each requirement its desired data processing demands and computational tasks are discussed with the use case models.In the work of software design,this thesis establishes the software architecture and the related design scheme,including main object data structures,database models,representative algorithm processing frameworks and some example database table structures.In the work of implementation,this system runs on the platform of Windows operating system on the application server and is programmed with C#.The system database is SQL Server.Some programs are briefly described together with the system test methods and results.This software system has now been finished with its tests and running evaluation.It not only satisfies the demands on letters and calls transaction handling but also meets the new working specification with good compatibility with the current administration system,realizing the expected objectives and reaching active effects.
