Research And Analysis Of Class Affairs Management System In Baoshan College Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Nowadays,the affairs of the class management word in Bao Shan College of TCM is mainly completed by headteachers,including students' information,students'leave,class attendance,cadres' management,class activities,health accessment,class activity fee,students' financial assistance management,graduation and employment management.However,there is no suitable software to manage these class affairs.Different departments are in charge of different affairs,causing heavy workload to headteachers.Besides,the data of each department is relatively independent and is not shared,forming isolated information resources.Therefore,in order to change the present way of working,I did a research and analysis on the business,functions and data requirements of the business management system platform.This thesis briefly introduces the background of the project on the affairs of the class management system in Bao Shan College of TCM and analyzes the similar system and its application,knowing exactly the main content of system research and the main word I need to take on.It analyzes the existing problems of system,business personnel's,organizations and their functions,and adopts business flow chart to analyze its original word flow and then optimize it,and analyzes the role of users and then does analysis of use,and it is described with Use Case Diagram and Use Case,and it confirms the functions of the system based on the Use Case Diagram and draws the overall function of the system package diagram and its sub function package diagram,which includes students' basic information management,students' leave management,class attendance management,cadres' management,class activities management,health accessment management,class activity fee management,system management and so on.The thesis does the data analysis to every subsystem.It uses abbreviated class diagram to analyze the required data of the functions of the system and then it shows the properties of entity class and relation schema to create the database table structure.It summarizes the research and analysis,and then makes an assumption for the next step.
