Research On The Application Of Artificial Intelligence In Commercial Bank Service Innovation

After the rapid development of banking "golden decade" and along with the constant change of customer demand,the traditional banking service has failed to meet people's needs.In recent years,with the fast development of artificial intelligence technology,the pace of banking transformation toward "intelligence" has been accelerated.The core change is the application of artificial intelligence technology,which is aim to optimize the processes and push forward the innovation of traditional banking service,in order to provide customer rich service products and good experiences.At the same time,this application can reduce the costs of banks and improve the efficiency of banking services and operations,make it competitive.Since 1956,artificial intelligence has undergone three rapid developments and made breakthrough progress in the field of speech recognition,machine learning,bio-metrics,which are the very core technologies and key learning areas,these technological advances have made artificial intelligence practical use possible.In recent years,foreign commercial banks have increased the application of artificial intelligence technology and have achieved great success in such fields as bank accounting,customer marketing,risk management and data management.Affected by this,the domestic commercial banks also gradually laid artificial intelligence.At present,the domestic commercial banks are still at the exploratory stage of the artificial intelligence technology,and there is still gap between with other countries.Therefore,this thesis,chooses to study the commercial banks' application of artificial intelligence on service innovation,has certain practical significance.Based on the theories of artificial intelligence and service innovation,and by combing and analyzing the status and problems in using artificial intelligence both domestic and foreign commercial banks,this thesis uses “case study method” to put forward the ideas and strategies when Chinese commercial banks applying artificial intelligence.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The first part explains the background,practical significance and overall analysis framework.Faced with the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,raising the question of how to use artificial intelligence in bank service innovation has become an urgent topic.Chapter Two combs the basic concepts of artificial intelligence,service innovation and related theories,and gives a brief exposition of the current situation and application fields of artificial intelligence,also analyzes the idea of service innovation and the role of artificial intelligence in service.Chapter Three analyzes the current situation of the application of artificial intelligence in commercial banks at home and abroad,and compares the gap and existing problems of domestic commercial banks between foreign banks in service innovation field.Chapter Four,combined with the advanced experience,put forward that artificial intelligence should be applied to commercial banks,and should build a service system of commercial banks in an all-round way.Strengthen artificial intelligence technology research,rational plan the bank intelligent transformation.Based on the above ideas,Chapter Five puts forward the strategy of using artificial intelligence to innovate the service of commercial banks,including to build the construction of a unified application system and service system,and to broaden the channels of financial through cooperation and synergy.Chapter Six takes Industrial Bank for example,it studies the advantages,problems and improvements of Industrial Bank in the process of transformation.Combined with the before analysis and cases,Chapter seven put forward the future of artificial intelligence in commercial bank service.The author of this paper thinks that the development of artificial intelligence will eventually make the bank intelligent transformation.
