Industrial controller is the core part of industrial equipment,which is equivalent to the center of human brain.It not only monitors the data of devices,but also delivers operation order and the performance of industrial controller affects the operation of the equipment.As an important geometric parameter in the industrial controller,displacement affects the motion performance of the equipment,so it is necessary to detect the displacement.With the development of industrial technology,the traditional measuring instruments have some shortcomings such as real-time performance,fixed functions,limited equipment connection,which can't meet the current needs of customers.A kind of high precision displacement measurement system based on virtual instrument technology is put forward to realize accurate measurement and analysis of the industrial controller's displacement parameters.This system is made up of hardware and software and it is simple in structure,convenient in operation,strong in real time and fast in speed.It can be applied to the displacement detection of industrial controller.The hardware mainly includes the driving device,the grating ruler and the PXI test platform.The driving device is used to simulate the working environment of industrial equipment and can be used for making them move the same displacement at the same time by connecting the grating ruler and the measured sensor.As the displacement sensor of the detection system,the grating ruler is used to measure the displacement of the industrial controller.The PXI hardware system is used for collecting the output signal of the grating ruler and transferring it to the computer and it is composed of controller NI PXIe-8840,chassis NI PXIe-1078 and data acquisition card NI PXIe-6341.The core of the virtual instrument technology is software,the signal collected by the hardware needs to be processed by software.According to the test scheme,the corresponding program is written by LabVIEW.In the design process,modular programming method is used to realize signal processing,data display,data storage,system calibration and effectiveness analysis,obtaining the test results,generating test report and other functions,besides a good man-machine operation interface is designed.After connecting test system,industrial controller,sensor and driving device correctly,it is found that the test system can accurately complete the displacement detection of industrial controller by testing.
