Knitted garment enterprises as an important part of the garment industry,bear the promotion of economic growth,reduce employment pressure and make up the market demand and other important tasks.Knitting apparel industry in the production process,the processes involved,processes are more complex,requiring timely and accurate information to the various production sectors.However,the current domestic most of the knitted garment enterprises,the production efficiency is low,the product quality is not high and the ability to adapt to the problem is its common problem.With the continuous development of the market economy,because the extensive management model is relatively traditional,and the current market demand is diversified,so the model has been unable to meet the current environment.To this end,knitted garment enterprises need to find more to meet market demand for production management optimization program.At present,to enhance the production efficiency and management level has become China's knitted garment enterprises need to solve the problem.Therefore,this paper for the above situation in the following aspects of the study.First of all,A knitted garment enterprises as a practical case of research,relying on the company's "knitted product development and management innovation and upgrading" cooperation projects,and further understanding of the enterprise to help analyze the organizational structure,production layout and production mode and other conditions The Through the analysis of the enterprise before the understanding that the case of enterprise production scheduling programs are generally based on the workers in the post on the long-term work experience to develop,but such a program with a low efficiency,scientific and lack of a lot of defect.According to the layout of the enterprise workshop,the production process in the enterprise is simplified.Considering the real needs and processes of knitted products in the production process,a multi-objective mixed-flow shop scheduling problem model is constructed according to the relevant situation.The non-dominated genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used to solve the constructed model.In this paper,the scheduling scheme designed by genetic algorithm is compared with that of the enterprise before the artificial experience.The comparison result shows that the scheduling scheme based on the algorithm is more accurate than the two scheduling targets.It is proved that the algorithm is effective in improving the efficiency of the production scheduling of the enterprise,which is based on the experience of the enterprise.
