The economic development in our country enters into the New Normal,and its speed of development changes from high-speed development to medium speed development,which brings new challenges to graduate recruitment.Universities endeavour to solve the issue by popularizing the Mobile Internet,which offers new chance for them to help students to find jobs.Information construction plays an important part in the Admissions and Employment Office in each university.At present,most of the employment websites in domestic colleges and universities stay in the stage of information release,and don't realize the function of the information implementation such as business handling and data statistics analysis.The thesis designs a set of employing administration system based on the demands of university employment sectors such as the requirements of UI,safety,backup for disaster recovery,and extension by the developing plan of Java Spring + + Jwt Jap + Postgresql.Its function involves the following aspects such as enterprise management,student management,recruitment management,news management,reservation management,etc.The system adopts advanced computer science and technology to improve its robustness and efficiency,which is based on Java Web development,the application of Jsp,Java language development,the utilization of the Postgresql database to provide the functions of data storage,reading and writing,and wielding Nginx to provide Web services.It can improve the efficiency of employment information management,be convenient to the enterprise to employ new workers and student handle on-line business,and offer technical support to undergraduates to realize full employment.
