In the background of the era of digital information,the traditional printing industry is turning to intelligent digital printing in order to seek better development,and the identification of data acquisition and working status of equipment work become an important basis for the realization of intelligent management of the printing plant.Some small and medium-sized printing plants can't invest a large amount of capital into the advanced equipment and advanced technology like large enterprises.The key to solve the digital transformation of small and medium sized printing enterprises is to realize data acquisition and analysis on the basis of the original equipment.In this paper,a data acquisition system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)is designed to realize the real-time acquisition of the working data of the printing equipment.At the same time,a printing equipment working state recognition algorithm based on the fuzzy mean clustering algorithm(FCM)is designed to realize the static working state and dynamic working state of printing equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Design and implement a data acquisition system consisting of device layer,acquisition layer and monitoring layer.The acquisition layer uses the current transformer to collect the current value in the power line of the equipment layer,and then changes the complex current value into '0','1' status symbol,'0' for the device to turn off,'1' for the device to open,and the monitoring layer reads the data of the PLC storage module at regular time,who finally realizes the acquisition of the state data of the device by the upper computer.(2)Complete data preprocessing of the original database and build a state analysis database.First select the machine number(machineNo),state transition time(time),power and state(state)three attributes to form a new database;then the unit of measurement of the attribute time is unified to "minute(min)",according to the data value of the time attribute.The entire database is sorted in ascending order and the error data is cleaned up.The equipment operating time and stop time are obtained by approaching the difference method to complete the data protocol.Finally,the static analysis database and the dynamic analysis database are created according to the results obtained by the data protocol and implemented.Database normalization reduces the impact of isolated points on subsequent data analysis.(3)An algorithm of working condition recognition of printing equipment based on FCM is proposed.Firstly,according to the experience of experts,general descriptions of the static and dynamic state of the printing equipment are performed.Then an improved algorithm that can more accurately identify the transition state is proposed based on the FCM algorithm.In the static identification,this algorithm is added two parameters which include the special degree of membership matrix and the center point distance;four special membership nodes are added in the dynamic working state identification;drawing the data morphological map according to the experimental results,and comparing with the general data morphological map,complete the algorithm verification.Finally,the data acquisition system and state recognition algorithm proposed in this paper are summarized,and the content of this paper needs to be further improved and studied.
