Design And Implementation Of A Tool Management System For Flight Repair Enterprise

Tool management is essential in the management of the enterprise.For the flight repair enterprise,the tools used in the production process are characterized by many specifications,frequent use and large quantity,and the whereabouts of the tools used must be controlled to ensure that tools do not leave the factory with the product.With the development of computer technology and the improvement of the performance of electronic hardware,the informatization management of tools becomes an important method.The tool management system uses computer hardware and software technology to achieve unified management of business data and information,and the use of the system can help the operator get out of the hard work,meanwhile,it improves the accuracy of the operator to enter the data and improves the production efficiency.First of all,this paper gives a brief description of the status and purpose of using tool management system in the enterprise.Then,elaborate B/S mode,ADO.NET connection database technology,development technology of ASP.NET,Javascript,bar code technology and so on.Next,analysis the tool management system in detail.In addition,analysis and confirm the development environment of the system,design the function,set up the E-R model of the system and create the database structure.Finally,introduce and analysis implementation process of the functional modules of the tool management system,complete the development and implementation of the system based on ASP.NET successfully and test the system.The main features of this system are: using the B/S development model to reduce the dependence between layers and reduce the cost and time spent during the late maintenance of the system.ADO.NET technology allows developers to access a variety of data sources and perfect data access services in a unified way.Verifying data directly on the client side by the code written in JavaScript to reduce network transmission.The system has been tested and on-line trial of local area network in enterprises,it not only standardizes the work of tool management by means of information,eradicate the hidden dangers in the process of tool management,but also has the characteristics of easy maintenance and flexible.
