Design And Implementation Of National Customs Products Bar Code Information Management System

With more and more trade in import and export products,the importance of Customs has been taken seriously.The design of this paper is to realize the customer-oriented and extensible barcode information management system for customs goods.The purpose is to adopt advanced information bar code automatic identification and intelligent audit technology to realize the automatic and intelligent management,commodity identification in the customs commodity management chain,improve customs enforcement uniformity,reduce the labor intensity of front-line officers and law enforcement risk.The main function of the customs commodity barcode information management system has two parts: the first part is the establishment of commodity bar code(GTIN)standard library,the adoption of GS1(global identification system)product specification,using a hand-held automatic identification technology equipment of bar code,the bar code identification of goods automatic classification and management,on the one hand to the customs,check the post officer to provide information support functions,on the other hand,identification information can enhance the supervision and management duties,the effect of intellectual property protection and many other fields in the shared between departments;the other part is to a certain extent,realize the intelligent audit reporting commodity information of qualified enterprises with import and export.The system includes data acquisition,bar code declaration,barcode intelligence audit and risk warning,barcode information and photo display,barcode information batch audit,evaluation and operation collection statistics,and other functions of the seven main modules.The system adopts B/S architecture in the selection of overall technical architecture,and uses object-oriented modularization method to design the system.The design system through a complete testing process is designed to strengthen cooperation between customs and enterprises through customs commodity bar code information management platform,and form a good win-win situation so as to achieve good social benefits.Besides,the automatic identification and storage of mass data can help to excavate customs historical commodity data,improve data exchange efficiency and transparency,and provide reliable data sources for intelligent research in related fields.
