Research On The Application Of Chinese-sensible Code In Commodity Code Quality Inspection

Chinese-sensible code is Chinese two-dimensional code which have independent research and completely independent intellectual property rights, so it can meet the needs of the public in security, and avoid the risks related to intellectual property rights.In addition, it possess good compatibility of Chinese characters ,anti fouling, anti distortion, high encoding eficiency, large information capacity, strong error correction ability.Thus, it has been widely spreading in the authentication security, information security ,data traceability and anther fields.With the rapid development of social economy, the application of the commodity bar code is becoming more and more widely and is playing an important role.Chinese Standardization Administration promulgated the quality inspection standard of commodity bar code to ensure the printing quality of the commodity bar code and the specifications of use ,and it has been inspected and supervised by the bar code quality inspection institutions. At present, the domestic bar code inspection organization mainly adopts the method of the combination of professional instrument detection and manual measurement to complete the inspection of 13 items of bar code quality inspection parameters . Analyzing the process of the quality of the commodity bar code for inspection, found the following problems: many links in the detection process and isolation, information transfer and processing completed by hand, the most important is that it can not achieve the anti-counterfeiting and traceability of inspection reports.According to the work demand of Shaanxi bar code quality supervision and inspection station, a commodity bar code quality detection management system is designed to realize the integration,intelligence and network management of detection process and also achieve the test report security and traceability combing with the use of the Chinese-sensible code technology.The main work of this paper:(1)After in-depth study of the commodity bar code and commodity bar code test standard,this paper investigate and analyze the quality of commodity bar code inspection process and work specifications, combining with the needs of the user,so as to complete the overall design of commodity bar code quality inspection;(2)According to the parameters of the commodity bar code quality inspection , this construct the system data model and design a commodity bar code quality inspection management system includes the following modules: customer registration, sample registration,sample inspection, report approval, report generation and so on,which can realize the connection of the detection process and automatically transfer of data ;(3) According to the encoding principle of Chinese-sensible code, complete the coding of information and generate the Chinese-sensible code image;then embedded it into the test report,with application of mobile phone, identifying the Chinese-sensible code of test report to require the inspection agency official website,then querying the information to get the details of the report,which can realize the anti-counterfeiting and information traceability of the test report.After the actual test, the system is proved to run reliably, with its functions completed and the interface friendly, which provide a reference for the commodity bar code of quality inspection.At the same time, it has played a positive role in the popularization and application of the Chinese-sensible code.
