| Radio frequency identification(RFID)is a kind of wireless communication technology which mainly through the space coupling.With the improvement of people's living standard,RFID technology has been applied in the fields of id identification,access card identification and non-stop electronic toll collection.But in the field that need to read a lot of label at the same time such as supermarkets products' s rapid registration and logistics express' s rapid records,RFID technology application is not very common,the existing RFID handheld devices is expensive,large power consumption,recognition is not accurate,also takes a lot of improvement and improve.Aiming at the practical application,I study and design a set of UHF RFID portable reading systems in this article.I introduce the research background and significance,exposition the RFID system's overall design and main technology,system's hardware design,system's software design and the test and carry out the test and analysis of the system in this paper.The hardware design is made up of the microcontroller STM32F103ZET6,the radio frequency module AS3992,the power,the ILI3941 of the display screen,the wireless module ESP8266,the memory card and the key module.Software design includes server system program's design,mobile application(APP)system program's design,lower computer system program's design and the improvement of anti-collision algorithm.After setting up the system,I test and analyzed the system according to the actual operation flow.The function of each part was implemented for the system,and it can implement a good interaction,which uses the improved collision algorithm can automatically adjust the time slot is close to the tag number.There is little error between the number of tags read and the actual number of tags.This system has high practical value because of it's advantage,such as low cost,low power consumption and high accuracy of measurement label. |
