In the service field,maintaining trust and loyalty with customers is considered to be the key to improving business efficiency.Libraries,which also belong to the service industry,should also recognize the importance of this relationship,especially since libraries are currently in an increasingly competitive information service environment.Users are the basis for the existence and development of libraries.Trusted and loyal users can base themselves on the market and create more social benefits.However,by searching related literatures,the author found that there are few research results on the trust and loyalty of users in college libraries,most of which are theoretical discussions and lack of data evaluation studies.This article analyzes and sorts out the concepts and dimensions of user trust and user loyalty through literature research methods,constructs a user trust and user loyalty evaluation scale for college libraries,provides scientific evaluation tools for measuring library user trust and loyalty,and discusses books The impact of library user trust on user loyalty,the establishment of a relevant theoretical model,and the use of SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 software to quantitatively analyze the questionnaire data.According to the data analysis results,it can be known that the university library user trust and loyalty scale constructed in this study is a scientific and reasonable scale.The theoretical model of the impact of university library user trust on user loyalty has also passed empirical tests.The results of statistical analysis and path coefficients provide targeted improvements for university libraries.The research results include: the university library user trust scale includes three dimensions of ability trust,emotional trust and cognitive trust,17 measurement items,and the university library user loyalty scale includes 4 measurement items,all of which have passed the empirical test.There is a significant positive correlation between user trust and user loyalty in college libraries.Different dimensions of user trust have different degrees of impact on user loyalty.The affective trust dimension has the largest impact on user loyalty,followed by the ability trust dimension.Therefore,in the future improvement work of libraries,we should focus on ability trust,improve from various projects,and increase the trust and loyalty of library users.
