With the high development of information technology,people's work and learning are becoming more and more closely connected with the Internet,and the mode of teamwork is becoming more common in many fields,such as enterprise management,electronic commerce,finance,education and so on.The multi role web system is excellent in conjunction with this scene.But at present,the design of such system is complex,the development cost is high,the cycle is long,and the user experience is uneven.This paper tries to apply the modular method to the whole process of user requirement analysis,information architecture design,interactive process and final interface design by analyzing the characteristics of multi role web system.First of all,the multi role web system is compared with the traditional single role web system,and the elements of multi role web system design are analyzed and summarized.According to the requirements and characteristics of different roles in the multi role web system,the design features for different users are obtained through questionnaire survey and user interview,and the user group and user role model are constructed.The needs of different users are subdivided,and the paternal level of the demand is constructed,and the requirement dependence matrix is applied to the analysis of user needs,and the common points of each user are found and the public module is designed.And according to the characteristics of users' needs,we use the four quadrant location method to sort the priority of requirements.In view of the characteristics of multi role Web system with many roles and complex task flow,from the product information architecture design,interactive process design,and final interface design,the complex process is dismantled into multiple modules,and the design methods in each process are analyzed.Finally,each module is formed into the final form.System.According to the conclusion of the thesis,taking the directional sign system as an example,the design theory of the modular method in the multi role web system is applied to the actual case,and the final design results are verified by the HEART model.The complex task is simplified by modularization method,the reuse of the same functional modules is realized,the workload of design and development is saved,and the efficiency of the design and development of such systems is improved.At the same time,we should take account of the characteristics of each role and enhance the overall user experience.This research is a discussion of the design method of multi role web system,which can provide practical reference for the design of the system.
