With the development of information technology, Smart TV has developed rapidly and become the industry’s hot spots. At present, most manufacturers use Linux, Android and iOS and other operating system as the operating system for Smart TV. Currently there are some problems in the field of smart TV:1. With the rapidly development of radio and television industry, the number of TV programs increases quickly, so it isn’t easy to find the program which the user want to watch in a flood of television. 2. Some smart TV need to be installed an APP. And with the increase of the function, the operation becomes increasingly complex, especially some elderly people and children will feel it is very difficult to use the TV. 3. Some TV manufacturers design of the TV are too expensive. 4. Under massive television program scenarios, it has become the basic needs of the user to push users the programs that meet the interest of the users based on the user’s watching history.In order to resolve a number of issues in the field of smart TV, this paper designs and implements a voice-based interactive television program on-demand system. And this paper proposes some method to resolve the problems above. In this paper the system designed and implemented realizes the following functions: 1. The system uses voice interaction to make HCI.And this method avoid using complex APP or using complex remote control operation. 2. The system supports user switching TV channels by channel name which solves the problem to switch TV channels inconveniently. 3. The system allows users to demand TV programs by the name of the program or the name of actors which make it easier for users to watch favorite TV shows. 4.The system does not require users to buy expensive equipment which reduces the burden on the user. 5. This article provides personalized TV program recommendation module by analyzing the user’s television viewing history and this module will provide users with personalized television program recommendation list. The system uses C/S structure can make full use of the advantages of the hardware environment of the client and the server. In order to ensure the stability and real-time of the system, we deploy the server daemon on Ali cloud platform.
