With breakthroughs in new technologies such as Internet+,mobile communications,and the Internet of Things,developed countries are all smartly upgrading traditional manufacturing industries.The German government proposed Industry 4.0 to accelerate the full entry into the era of smart economy with smart manufacturing as the core;the United States put forward the industrial Internet and accelerate the research and development of advanced manufacturing;China proposed the "Made in China 2025" to accelerate the smart upgrade of the manufacturing industry and increase international competition.force.In order to realize the smart upgrade of manufacturing industry,the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system prior to Industry 4.0 has the disadvantages of narrow information coverage area,insufficient utilization of the Internet and mobile Internet,etc.,which need to be replaced.For this purpose,the ERP system based on the C/S framework of Anhui Masteel Conveying Equipment Co.,Ltd.has been fully upgraded.This article assumes the upgrade of the production management system.The entire ERP system is divided into marketing management system,process management system,procurement management system and the production management system studied in this paper.A complete production process starts with the production master plan defined by the marketing department.First,the process management system is responsible for the process design,the process list and the design drawings are formulated,then the purchase list is made through the procurement management system,and finally the production management system is used for the corresponding production management..This article mainly starts from three aspects.First,upgrade the existing functions,including the production of sub-plans,the release of material quotas,the distribution of process lists,the establishment of outsourcing applications,and the import and export of finished products.The sub-planning is based on the master plan to assign production tasks to each workshop;the material quotas are based on stock conditions and bills of materials;the process bills are allocated according to the production plan to the corresponding workshops;and the outbound requisitions are for products that cannot be produced.Appointed to other units;finished goods into the library is adetailed record of inventory.Secondly,by using the Internet of Things technology,magnetic barcodes are attached to finished products and semi-finished products.Any handheld device that supports scanning codes(such as Pads and mobile phones)can obtain information and perform reasonable bar code management.The interconnection of people,machines,and objects is realized to ensure traceability of production schedules,ensure the timeliness and accuracy of inventory management,and increase production efficiency.Finally,using the cross-platform features of Ext Js,one development can be implemented simultaneously on both the PC side and the mobile side.The staff can use the mobile phone to log in to the production management system.The task can be checked and queried at the scene or at home.This system is currently put into use in Anhui Masteel Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.and it works well.
