Although the traditional flame temperature detection technology and measurement device experience a long test,but information transmission,storage inconvenience and measurement accuracy is not high.In recent years,with the development of image processing technology,CCD technology,tomography technology and radiation temperature measurement technology are combined to apply to real-time measurement and reconstruction of flame temperature field,and many scholars have made many researches and obtained some progress.In this paper,the mathematical foundation of tomography algorithm is introduced.Based on the LFBP algorithm and the SART algorithm,an improved LFBP-SART algorithm is used.The feasibility of combining LFBP-SART algorithm with the two-color method in flame temperature field reconstruction has been studied.A flame temperature field layered reconstruction experiment set was set up.Eight CCD cameras were used to sample the images and then input into the reconstruction program based on LFBP-SART algorithm and two-color method to obtain the temperature field of flame cross-section at different heights and achieve flame Layered reconstruction of temperature field.In this paper,the LFBP-SART algorithm was simulated and compared with the FBP algorithm and the ART algorithm.The reconstruction results show that the LFBP-SART algorithm has the advantages of clear gradation,high resolution and good real-time performance,and is suitable for the reconstruction of industrial flame temperature field.At the same time,in order to calibrate the hardware parameters in the colorimetric temperature measurement formula,the calibration experiments were carried out with a blackbody furnace,and the data were processed and analyzed.Flame temperature field layered reconstruction experimental results show that:after the use of multi-CCD camera sampling,LFBP-SART algorithm and colorimetric temperature measurement method can be used to reconstruct flame cross-section temperature field.This also laid the theoretical basis and experimental basis for the next step for industrial field applications.
