Emission Spectral Tomography is the combination of the emission spectral measurement with optical computed tomography. The receiving mode of EST includes fan-shaped beam, conical beam and parallel beam. The inversion precision of EST based on parallel beam is the highest. But in the current, the receiving mode of parallel beam radiation is approximate parallel receiving, which compared with ideal receiving of parallel beam often exists larger error. Fiber bundle is used as a way of data acquisition for getting the ideal parallel beam, called Optical Fiber Bundle Tomography (OFBT).The planar array is composed of multi beam optical fiber bundle. Each group of fiber bundle can sense tens of thousands of information, which is received by the surface sensor connected the planar array, and then transformed into electrical signals. The optical fiber bundle unit and planar array provide a mount of the original data for emission spectral. The problem of image distortion that happened in receiving parallel beams is solved by OFBT, so as to improve the precision of third-dimensional reconstruction of temperature field.This paper research for fiber bundle planar array and reconstruction system of flame temperature field based on Multi-DSP. The128road fiber bundle planar array is controlled by DSP TMS320F2812, which is used as a device of data acquisition. The collected radiation message is transmit to the upper machine DSP TMS320C5509for achieving reconstruction algorithm. The result of reconstruction of the temperature field is showed by the PC display system. This hardware design and software processing of Multi-DSP reconstruction system are researched. The hardware design mainly includes research of fiber bundle planar array, data acquisition system based on TMS320F2812, the data exchange between TMS320C5509and TMS320F2812, also contains fiber bundle temperature calibration system. CCS is used as a development tool in software process, in which the data collection procedures, Multi-DSP data exchange program and reconstruction algorithm procedures are compiled. The reconstruction system of flame temperature field based on Multi-DSP and optical fiber bundle tomography can make the system have strong ability of data processing, so as to satisfy real-time reconstruction of three-dimensional temperature field. It also ensure that the system have strong ability of control, so as to realize the acquisition of128road optical signal. The fiber bundle planar array and photoelectric sensor are calibrated by blackbody furnace. The experimental results show that it can not only get more ideal radiation information, but also improve the accuracy of reconstruction of temperature field and greatly increase the reconstruction speed.
