With the promulgation of serial official documents on reformation of electric power system, the field of Energy Internet receives more and more concern. Requirements of new detection technology and degree of informatization and intellectualization are increasing at the same time.Though the traditional detecting device for flame detection is mature, it’s still hard to meet the demands of higher precision and information utilization rate.3D reconstruction of temperature field can solve these issues by combing tomography technology and DPS technology. The optical detection technology based on CCD sensor gives a method to integrate modern photoelectric detecting technique, digital picture processing technique and radiation thermometry. Thus give a non-contact, quick-response and RTK (Real Time Kinematic) solution.3D temperature field of the flame is reconstructed using optical tomography algorithm and the experimental verification is carried out. Firstly, the temperature field reconstruction principle of LFBP-SART tomography algorithm is studied and modified. Combined with two-color method, the algorithm can be used to reconstruct spatial temperature field of a flame. A 3D optical detecting system was built with 8 industrial color CCD camera, a real-time high frequency image collector and a bench-scale customized burner. The 2D color images token from different angles are converted to gray images, the temperature distribution of flame is acquired using optical tomography method.Through certification of LFBP-SART algorithm, according to the results of simulation, we can know that compared with traditional tomographic reconstruction algorithm, LFBP-SART algorithm has higher spatial resolution and faster convergence speed, smaller error, and strong portability. With the combination of two-color method, it can be more suitable for flame 3D temperature field reconstruction combined with industrial CCD image acquisition system. The experimental results show that to a diesel burner, the LFBP-SART algorithm and detecting system mentioned above have a satisfactory effect on the 3D temperature field reconstruction of flames. Thus giving theory and experiment supports to the application of 3D optical method of temperature detection.
