Along with thriving of China's economy,the number of vehicle holders and drivers has been soaring up in China,which has,on the other hand,posed a serious threat to traffic safety.Improvement of drivers' driving common sense can reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents subjectively.Currently,the image-text recitation model is the main way for drivers to learn driving common sense,but its learning effect is not satisfactory.Drivers cannot remember the knowledge acquired exactly after a long period of time.Concerning the above problem,this paper puts forward an idea to promote the driving common sense learning by using the virtual situation experiential learning style.In other words,the virtual driving situation is created with the aid of computer.Then,the learning resources are effectively integrated into the virtual situation so that users can deepen their understanding and memorization of driving common sense through a scientific experiential learning process.This can also improve learning effects.Proceeding from this design conception,this paper designs an application of the driving common sense learning APP based on the virtual situation experience and then studies it.Below is the major research methods and content of this paper:(1)By searching and reading relevant references,the author expounds on the research status of experiential learning and driving common sense learning products.The theory of teaching design,experiential learning and user experience design are adopted as the theoretical basis for follow-up research.(2)After the characteristics of the virtual situation experiential learning are analyzed,this paper combines relevant theories to put forward the design framework for the learning activity based on the virtual situation experience as well as design elements of learning APP.(3)According to analysis of how to design learning activity and APP in the above part,3ds Max and Unity3D are employed as development tools to actualize the APP design,which in terms of design positioning,interface design,learning content design,building of the virtual learning situation and design of the experiential learning process.(4)Conduct a contrastive research between the experimental group and the control group,which successfully verifies that the virtual situation experiential learning style can effectively promote learning of driving common sense.Besides,compared with the regular image-text learning style,the learning style put forward in this paper can enhance durability of learning memory.Finally,the questionnaire and interview are conducted among learners in the experimental group to gain user's feedback.It is generally recognized that the virtual situation experiential learning style can stimulate their interest and activeness in learning.Moreover,users gain favorable User Experience from the APP designed in this paper.
