With the increasing popularity of restaurants,the problem of lampblack goes from bad to worse.People complain more about it.The guidance and supervision of the numerous restaurants becomes more difficult for they are scattered here and there.Thus the traditional way of regulation no longer works.In wuhan,the management of the lampblack problem has been transferred from the environmental protection department to the urban management department.At this point,a real-time and effective lampblack monitoring system is important.On this background,a system this paper deals with is one targetted to monitor department.The first step to take is to analyze the need on the basis of the practical use of STM32F103 series single chip microcomputer as main control chip,collecting the data of soot concentration,lampblack of environment temperature and humidity sensor,lampblack purifier working current and working current of the fan.To ensure the real-time performance of the system,the GPRS wireless transmission module is used to upload data to monitoring center.the network service cloud of the center is responsible for receiving,handling the data and platforming data in the database.the Web application is used to provide users with a simple and user-friendly supervision platform.This platform provides users with real-time and historical data,excessive warning,comprehensive analysis,enterprise management,system management and other functions.Since the system is targetted to the monitor department,the accurancy of the data should be guaranteed as much as possible.Considering that the sensor environment would influence the effects of the sensor in this system USES software solution,the temperature and humidity compensation method is adopted to calibration data acquisition of lampblack to provide users with more accurate data.And lampblack purification efficiency of the net has a great influence to the concentration of the lampblack.In order that the purification rate of the restaurants be up to standard,the paper use kernel regression model to predict the purification efficiency,so that the law-enforcing department can predict the catering enterprises that are about to exceed the standard of purification efficiency,and realize the law enforcement in advance.Finally,field test is carried out through the field deployment system.The system can complete the work of field information collection,and users can check the various indicators of catering enterprises through the browser.With the help of the data calibration,the data obtained is more accurate and reliable.The prediction of purifying efficiency of purifier enables the supervision department to make corresponding management in advance more effectively.The design of good monitoring center software provides an efficient supervision platform for the supervision department.lt can be seen that the workout of this system bring significant social and economic benefits and can provide effective solutions for the supervision of lampblack.
