The digital transformation of China's newspaper industry has been accompanied by the continuous development of the Internet.The development of Internet technology has continuously transformed the carrier of information dissemination and enriched the media.Throughout the digital transformation of China's newspaper industry,we have been following the progress of media development and we have been trying to continuously innovate in terms of content,organizational structure,and presentation in a variety of media forms and diversified business methods.In the increasingly prosperous Internet economy,the newspaper readers' market is shrinking,and newspaper advertising has fallen.The digital business of the newspaper industry still lacks a clear profit model.The reason is that: in the digital operation process,the newspaper industry emphasizes that the content is king or the channel is king,ignoring the complementary relationship between the two,transforming and re-emphasizing technology,flowing into forms,making the phenomenon of homogeneity serious,and failing to accurately grasp Internet thinking.Still using the traditional newspaper thinking to deal with the digital business of the newspaper industry;for its own function and market positioning errors,it has not been able to accurately assess the advantages of the newspaper industry and changes in the market under the Internet environment.This paper proposes suggestions for the above issues: the digital operation of the newspaper industry should reposition its own functions and markets with the thinking of traffic and the thinking of service users;restructure the structure of the newspaper industry group with the standards of Internet companies;participate in the market competition with the identity of market players;The digital operation must create a unique value point to connect users with personalized products and be at the heart of the industry chain.
