The emergence of WeChat has changed people's understanding of social life styles and become the first to be considered in daily contact.As an open platform that WeChat provides to the public,the WeChat public platform has the advantages of ease of use,high dissemination time,low marketing cost,and strong sustainability.It has been widely used in various fields of daily production and life.Therefore,based on the WeChat public platform to develop a hospital referral process guidance system,by focusing on the WeChat public number,patients can enjoy quick and convenient treatment process guidance services,thereby changing the traditional single inefficient medical guide inquiries.Effectively improve the patients in the process of seeking medical treatment because they do not know the hospital's specific treatment process and the distribution of hospital departments caused unnecessary waste of time,to create a humanized treatment of patient services to guide the process.The thesis addresses the above issues and the specific business needs of the hospital and completes the following tasks:1.Complete the visit process to guide the system development tasks.Analyze the current status of the hospital's current visit process,and provide hospitals with information on hospital information query,medical procedure guidance,and indoor location navigation through the WeChat public platform based on the actual hospital visit situation and the patient's real-time visit status.2.Indoor positioning navigation.According to the characteristics of the hospital's indoor building structure,the use of vector graphics technology to develop indoor maps,to solve the problem of image distortion caused by zooming when viewing the map at the mobile end.Analysis the method of realizing indoor positioning and navigation by scanning a two-dimensional code containing specific location information is feasible,and the positioning is accurate and the cost is low.3.Patient electronic medical record analysis.Through the WebService interface,the patient's electronic medical record information is obtained from the hospital's HIS system,and the HanLP word segmentation tool is used to process the patient's current and past medical history.The key words in the medical records were extracted,and the patients were classified according to the disease symptoms according to the database of illness grades provided by the hospital.The classification results were used as an important parameter to guide the patient's visit process.
