With the progress of science and technology and the need of industrial upgrading and transformation,the application of intelligent AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)has gradually become the preferred scheme for enterprises to upgrade flexible production equipment and warehousing automation,which has the advantages of high automation,good flexibility,safety and reliability.However,the current mainstream AGV positioning technology can not meet the requirements of AGV in terms of accuracy and scalability.Based on the above problems,the author designed a positioning system based on the new marker two-dimensional code as a guide.At the same time,a dual network card solution based on MPTCP protocol is proposed to solve the problem of network congestion caused by too many AGVs in the field.The system has been verified by experiments.It has good real-time performance,robustness,high positioning accuracy and strong operability.The main work is as follows: 1.According to the actual situation of warehouse in our country,the overall structure of the control system is designed and a set of AGV control system which combines two-dimensional code and WiFi technology is developed.2.Aiming at the shortcoming of the slow decoding speed of the popular two-dimensional codes in the market,a new labeled two-dimensional codes and decoding method are proposed to solve the problems of positioning and correction of AGV system.3.By choosing the appropriate processor,image acquisition equipment and related network equipment,the hardware part of the overall control system is designed and implemented.4.Design and compile the system software.The system software mainly includes the decoding part of the decoding module,the image acquisition and processing part and the transmission part to the main control module,as well as the wireless network transmission part.5.Aiming at the network congestion caused by traditional wireless network architecture,a dual network card solution based on MPTCP is designed to solve this problem.
