With the continuous development of economy and society,the era of mobile Internet is coming,and the connection between mobile communication and Internet is becoming increasingly close.Users can access the Internet anytime and anywhere with smart mobile terminals,enabling location-based Services(LBS)to gradually become an important breakthrough point for mobile value-added Services.And with the rapid development of Global Positioning System(GPS)and intelligent terminal,outdoor Positioning algorithm is gradually mature and has high precision.However,there are still some problems that need to be solved in the various technologies of indoor positioning,and the focus of the research on indoor positioning technology is how to obtain the accurate information of indoor location of users.In this paper,based on high dimensional information fusion of indoor location as the research object,first introduced the traditional Weighted K Nearest Neighbor algorithm(W-KNN)indoor localization algorithm,fingerprint and W-KNN algorithm improved W-KNN algorithm is proposed on the basis of indoor magnetic field of the fingerprint matching algorithm,is introduced to calculate the similarity of the fingerprint between stability and ultimately to obtain a more precise location information,at the same time,the proposed system does not need to deploy additional positioning equipment simple structure and easy to implement.The cumulative error of pedestrian navigation position calculate module,this paper puts forward improved kalman filtering algorithm,using magnetic fingerprint matching module get location information to eliminate the cumulative error of pedestrian navigation position calculate module.But the position information of the two modules are larger differences will lead to locate information is not accurate,so this article in the kalman filter algorithm on the basis of setting a new variable to define the location of the revised,and according to the location of the revised to calculate the real-time location information of positioning system and correction reasonably,gain than single fingerprint matching algorithm is higher positioning accuracy of the magnetic fields.In addition,the simulation shows that the proposed algorithm improves the positioning accuracy.
