In recent years, as the LBS business market developed rapidly, more and more people focused on indoor and outdoor seamless positioning field. The construction of urban indoor and outdoor high-precision positioning service system, and the realization of seamless positioning are of great significance to the development of location-based services industry in China.To achieve indoor and outdoor seamless positioning, the main research of this paper are:First, this paper introduced the basic positioning principle of indoor and outdoor mobile network, and put forward an indoor and outdoor location calculating method based on mobile network, under the assist of positioning acquisition system, high-precision positioning was realized with less reference points.Second, with the analysis of signal propagation model and measured field strength, the conclusion of positioning in part of the indoor environment was difficult to achieve satisfactory precision was drew for the reason that under several complex conditions such as the signal propagation attenuation blocked by wall.Third, in order to improve the positioning accuracy of complex environment, an integrated navigation method is put forward to assist in indoor and outdoor high-precision positioning, partly revised the large location error due to factors such as signal interference.Finally, because outdoor navigation and positioning technology is mature, the related map matching technology is more perfect than others, however, path guide technology and map matching technology of the indoor environment are just getting researched. To avoid the positioning point in the indoor location behaving abnormally such as through walls and not following the actual route, this paper introduced in the concept of geographic information needs under indoor environment, and the real-time correction algorithm of the positioning point, to meet the needs of customers about high-precision indoor positioning.
