China's SIM card writing equipments mainly depend on imported equipment. Not only the price of foreign equipment s'is high, but also the production is small. Commissioned by the company, this paper developed a high-speed SIM card writing equipment. Before the SIM card has been issued, we meet the needs of the card written. Usually, the big cards and the small cards are one body. But the lost part in use not only pollutes the environment but also causes a waste of resources. With the increasing of the awareness of environmental protection and improvement of resource utilization, SIM card production gradually turns to the low consumption, high energy direction. The production of big cards turns into manufacturing small cards directly. Small block-type SIM card written equipment is the new direction of the manufacturing sector in china. Manufacture of small cards instead of direct manufacturing Big Card, because of the reasons for the small cards its parameters, determines that making a small card is more difficult than making a Big card, equipment for production of small cards has become even more stringent requirements, small cards written to the device positioning accuracy and repeatability of positioning accuracy requirements are also higher, and in order to increase capacity, written devices for stability of movement is higher.This paper analyzes Small block-type SIM card write equipment's market environment firstly, combination of past experience,the characteristics of small cards and the problems a small card that may be encountered during transport in the data writing to determine the small block-type SIM card write equipment's mechanical structure, establishes a two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings of equipment using CAD and Solidworks software, and details the block-style writing working principle and law of motion, then introduces the functions and data conversion of Solidworks and ADAMS software, gives the process of the three-dimensional model how to join in ADAMS from Solidworks. Then, establishes the equations of motion Small block-type SIM card write equipment on the basis of the robot kinematics and combination Block-type writing device of the mechanical structure of the Block-type written equipment and law of motion. Finally, makes kinematics simulation and analysis to Small block-type SIM card write equipment, in order to improve the accuracy of repetitive motion,stability and speed of transfer SIM card of Small block-type SIM card write equipment, so that improve the production capacity of the small SIM card.
