Study Of Micro-blogging Opinion Leaders Morals Responsibility

The number of people used on the micro-blog media platform is increasing on the basis of the mass media and mass media.Because of the development of science and technology,the social functions of mobile media such as mobile phone and computer micro-blog have been strengthened.Now,micro-blog has gradually become a network ecosystem that uses social networking as a core function.The micro-blog opinion leader is the provider of various views on the micro-blog platform,and is also an important guide to public opinion.Their behavior is very easy to become the focus of large fan groups.This article is about the moral responsibility of the micro-blog opinion leader.Therefore,in view of the phenomenon caused by the lack of moral responsibility of some micro-blog opinion leaders,it can also give feedback to some micro-blog opinion leaders about their moral responsibilities in real life.To ensure that micro-blog users can control and regulate personal behavior under the guidance of the opinion leaders,the cultivation of moral responsibility of micro-blog opinion leaders is very important for micro-blog's steady and sustainable development.At the same time,it is of great significance to the full construction of the moral responsibility of the citizens in the reality.This article first introduces the research significance,the domestic and foreign research status and the research ideas in the introduction part,and then divides the content into four parts.The first part begins with the analysis of the meaning of micro-blog and its opinion leaders,and analyzes the characteristics and types of micro-blog opinion leaders.Then through the analysis of the connotation of moral responsibility,it is pointed out that moral responsibility is the intrinsic demand for the development of human nature and the fundamental guarantee for the realization of the all-round development of human beings.The second part describes the behavior principles of micro-blog opinion leaders who have fulfilled their moral responsibilities,and takes the functions of guiding the public opinion to be correct,fair and truthful.It shows the significance of micro-blog's opinion leaders in fulfilling their moral responsibilities.The third part is about the leading erroneous direction of public opinion,internet violence and public opinion kidnapping of micro-blog opinion leaders when they fulfill their moral responsibilities.Then we analyze the reasons through the existing problems.And summed up roughly five reasons,one because of changes in the structure of modern society;secondly because of the impact of changes in the social moral environment in development;third because the influence of traditional concept and weaken the responsibility of foreign values;fourth because the relevant regulations are not perfect;fifth because of self responsibility consciousness of the increasingly.The last fourth parts put forward effective opinions and suggestions to promote the cultivation of moral responsibility of micro-blog opinion leaders,and improve the construction of moral responsibility of micro-blog opinion leaders.The hope can promote the opinion leaders play a positive demonstration effect of individuals possess,establish moral model,enhance the moral responsibility quality of citizens,to create a good social atmosphere,to create a harmonious ecological environment as well as micro-blog has important significance in improving the overall level of social morality.
